1. Remember to sit upright actively instead of slouching over your keyboard

2. Draw your shoulder blades together and towards your spine every once in a while

3. Take breaks from sitting at your desk all day, walk around a little

4. Do some forward bending (Uttanasana), practice tree pose (Vrkasana) and cow face pose (arms only, both sides. Vrkasana)

5. If your space allows for it, practice easy back bends like cobra pose (Bhujangasana) or modified bridge pose (Setubhandasana), three times five breaths
